The first 43 minutes, however, were unusual as my legs were tired, and I had it on level 12 the entire time with a slow RPM (around 64) with only a few intervals at level 14. On level 12, the average caloric burn is about 700+/hour at that 64 RPM pace. Hence, I'm estimating that I burned approximately 501 calories.
